Prices : Prices are fixed.

Terms of payment : The payment for the supply of Book shall be made 100% in advance.

Mode of Payment : The payment shall be made in the form of Net Banking, Card (Debit / Credit ), UPI apps.

Cancellation : No refund on confirmed orders / payment received.

Exchange Policy : Book once sold cannot be taken back or exchanged.
There is no refund Policy for the defective or damaged book.

Eligibility for Exchange of Book :

1. The book must be defective or damage. Exchange will be accepted only by video evidence taken at the time of unpacking the book. Exchange will not be done based on only by Photos
2. Made information to us about defective or damage book within 3 days of receipt of book.
3. The book should be unused and to be in the same condition that Buyer received it.
4. We require Invoice or proof of Purchase.
5. The freight / courier Charges, if any, for the book returned to the seller and exchanged from seller to be borne by the Buyer.
